By using our website, submitting a project request, applying for a free pilot project, purchasing a service, subscribing to a plan, or sending scientific information to BinomLabs, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. About BinomLabsBinomLabs provides physics-informed molecular prediction, computational biochemistry analysis, and experimental decision-support services for biochemical, pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO and academic research teams.

BinomLabs reports are designed to help laboratories and R&D teams prioritize experimental work, compare molecular hypotheses, and identify the most promising candidates, variants, conditions or validation paths before broader wet-lab testing.
BinomLabs does not provide:- medical advice;
- treatment recommendations;
- regulatory approval;
- final proof of biological activity;
- guaranteed experimental results;
- safety or efficacy certification;
- replacement for wet-lab validation.
All BinomLabs outputs must be interpreted by qualified professionals and, where appropriate, validated experimentally.
3. Eligibility and Professional UseBinomLabs services are intended for professional, scientific, academic, biotech, pharmaceutical, CRO, laboratory and research use.
By using our services, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you have authority to submit the information you provide;
- you will use BinomLabs outputs responsibly and lawfully;
- you will not submit unlawful, unauthorized or restricted data;
- you understand that computational predictions require scientific interpretation and experimental validation.
4. Services OfferedBinomLabs may offer free and paid services, including but not limited to:
- free pilot project review;
- molecular prediction reports;
- antibody or protein interaction analysis;
- candidate ranking reports;
- mutation-prioritization reports;
- protein stability or developability-related analysis;
- reaction direction and pathway-ranking reports;
- competitive inhibitor or ligand comparison;
- experimental-condition ranking;
- subscription-based research-support plans;
- custom computational projects;
- scientific collaboration packages.
The exact scope, price, timeline and deliverables of each service may vary depending on the project.
5. Free Pilot ProjectsBinomLabs may offer free pilot projects for selected research teams.A free pilot project may include:
- review of one focused research question;
- review of available molecular or experimental context;
- preliminary computational analysis;
- ranked prediction summary;
- suggested next validation steps;
- limited written report or presentation of findings.
Free pilot projects are subject to availability and suitability. BinomLabs reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, postpone or discontinue any free pilot project at its discretion. A free pilot project does not create an obligation for BinomLabs to provide continued free services.6. Paid ServicesPaid services may include one-time reports, custom computational studies, paid pilot extensions, subscriptions, collaboration packages or other research-support services.
Before a paid project begins, BinomLabs and the client may agree on:
- project scope;
- required input data;
- expected deliverables;
- delivery timeline;
- pricing;
- payment method;
- confidentiality expectations;
- any special limitations or assumptions.
Payment must be completed through the payment method provided by BinomLabs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
BinomLabs may decline or pause work if payment is not completed or if required project information is missing.
7. Subscriptions and Recurring PaymentsIf BinomLabs offers subscription-based services, the subscription may provide access to recurring reports, research-support packages, priority review, membership materials, technical updates or other agreed benefits.
Subscription terms may include:
- billing period;
- recurring payment amount;
- renewal date;
- cancellation method;
- included services;
- usage limitations.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel future billing according to the cancellation instructions provided at the time of purchase or through the relevant payment provider.
Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund amounts already paid for the current billing period, unless required by law or agreed separately.
8. Client ResponsibilitiesThe client is responsible for providing accurate, lawful and relevant information required for analysis.
This may include:
- molecular sequences;
- structures or PDB files;
- docking models;
- antibody, antigen, protein, ligand or inhibitor information;
- assay context;
- experimental conditions;
- project goals;
- previous results;
- known limitations;
- confidentiality requirements.
The quality, completeness and relevance of the input data may affect the quality and usefulness of BinomLabs analysis.
The client is responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to submit the data provided to BinomLabs.
9. Scientific and Project DataClients may submit scientific or project-related information, including molecular, structural, experimental or unpublished research data.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- the client retains ownership of original data submitted to BinomLabs;
- BinomLabs uses the data only to evaluate or perform the requested service;
- BinomLabs does not publish, sell or publicly disclose identifiable confidential project data without permission;
- BinomLabs may use anonymized, aggregated or de-identified information to improve general workflows, provided it cannot reasonably identify a specific client, laboratory or confidential project.
Sensitive, regulated or patient-identifiable data should not be submitted unless a separate agreement is in place.
10. ConfidentialityBinomLabs treats client project information as confidential when it is submitted for a pilot, paid report or custom service.
Confidential information may include:
- unpublished molecular data;
- experimental results;
- project hypotheses;
- sequences or structures;
- assay conditions;
- candidate lists;
- internal R&D priorities;
- business or collaboration plans.
BinomLabs will take reasonable measures to protect confidential project information from unauthorized disclosure.
However, confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:
- is already publicly available;
- becomes publicly available without BinomLabs’ fault;
- was lawfully known by BinomLabs before disclosure;
- is independently developed without use of the client’s confidential information;
- must be disclosed by law, court order or regulatory authority.
For highly sensitive projects, the client may request a separate confidentiality agreement or NDA.
11. Intellectual PropertyUnless otherwise agreed in writing:
- the client retains ownership of the original molecules, sequences, structures, experimental results, project data and client-submitted information;
- BinomLabs retains ownership of its software logic, algorithms, analytical workflows, templates, methods, know-how, report structure, general methodology and platform-related intellectual property;
- BinomLabs does not transfer ownership of its underlying methods or computational tools by delivering a report;
- the client may use the delivered report internally for research planning, experimental prioritization and scientific decision support.
Any broader commercial use, redistribution, resale or publication of BinomLabs reports may require written permission, depending on the project terms.
12. Reports and DeliverablesBinomLabs deliverables may include:
- written reports;
- ranked prediction summaries;
- pathway-prioritization tables;
- candidate shortlists;
- molecular interpretation notes;
- presentation slides;
- figures or diagrams;
- recommendations for validation priorities;
- technical explanations of computational findings.
Deliverables are based on available input data, computational assumptions and the scope agreed for the project.
BinomLabs may include limitations, uncertainty, assumptions or recommended validation steps in its reports.
13. No Guaranteed OutcomeBinomLabs provides computational predictions and experimental decision-support.
We do not guarantee that any molecule, antibody, protein, inhibitor, mutation, assay condition, pathway or experimental branch will produce a specific wet-lab, clinical, commercial, regulatory or financial result.
Experimental outcomes may depend on many factors outside BinomLabs’ control, including sample quality, assay design, biological variability, laboratory conditions, reagent quality, experimental protocols and interpretation methods.
14. User ConductYou agree not to use the BinomLabs website or services to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- submit data you are not authorized to share;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- upload malicious code or harmful files;
- interfere with website security or operation;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- misuse BinomLabs reports or present them as clinical, diagnostic or regulatory conclusions;
- attempt to reverse engineer, copy or reproduce BinomLabs methods, workflows or platform logic without permission.
15. PaymentsPrices for BinomLabs services may be shown on the website, provided by quotation, agreed by email, or processed through a third-party payment provider.
Payments may be made through payment platforms, merchant-of-record services, invoicing tools, subscription platforms, donation platforms or other methods made available by BinomLabs.
The client is responsible for providing accurate billing information.
All prices may be subject to applicable taxes, fees, currency conversion charges or payment-provider charges.
16. Refunds and CancellationsRefunds are governed by the BinomLabs Refund Policy, available at:
https://binomlabs.com/refund-policyBecause many BinomLabs services are custom digital research services prepared for a specific client project, payments may become non-refundable once computational work has started or a report has been delivered.
Refunds may be considered when:
- payment was made by mistake;
- duplicate payment was made;
- BinomLabs is unable to start the project;
- the client cancels before work has begun;
- required by applicable law.
Subscription cancellations stop future billing but do not automatically refund the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
17. Third-Party ServicesBinomLabs may use third-party services for:
- payment processing;
- website hosting;
- analytics;
- email communication;
- file storage;
- document delivery;
- invoicing;
- scheduling;
- video calls;
- subscription management.
These third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies and security practices.
BinomLabs is not responsible for third-party websites, platforms or services that are not controlled by BinomLabs.

BinomLabs may update, remove or modify website content at any time without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to present information accurately, but website content should not be treated as final scientific, medical, legal, regulatory or investment advice.
20. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BinomLabs is not liable for:
- indirect losses;
- incidental damages;
- consequential damages;
- loss of profits;

- loss of research funding;
- failed experiments;
- delayed experiments;
- regulatory rejection;
- clinical or commercial failure;
- data submitted incorrectly by the client;
- decisions made based on BinomLabs reports without appropriate professional review and validation.
BinomLabs’ total liability for any paid service shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service, unless otherwise required by law.
21. Disclaimer of WarrantiesBinomLabs services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
BinomLabs makes no warranty that:
- the website will be uninterrupted or error-free;
- reports will guarantee experimental success;
- predictions will be confirmed in every wet-lab context;
- all biological variables can be captured computationally;
- a specific commercial, regulatory or scientific outcome will be achieved.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
22. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold BinomLabs harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from:
- your misuse of the website or services;
- unauthorized submission of data;
- violation of these Terms;
- infringement of third-party rights;
- misuse or misrepresentation of BinomLabs reports;
- unlawful use of project outputs.
23. Changes to ServicesBinomLabs may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of its website, free pilot program, paid services, subscriptions or collaboration offers at any time.
Where possible, BinomLabs will make reasonable efforts to inform affected clients about material changes to paid active services.

Updated Terms become effective when posted on the BinomLabs website.
Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
25. Governing LawThese Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Israel, unless another governing law is required by applicable consumer protection or mandatory legal rules.
