Terms and Conditions

Clear, confidential, and professional collaboration
BinomLabs provides research-oriented analytical, mathematical, and data-interpretation services for scientific, biochemical, pharmaceutical, and preclinical research projects.
We work with researchers, laboratories, academic teams, and industry partners in a confidential and professional manner. Our goal is to help structure complex experimental information, identify meaningful patterns, support hypothesis generation, and assist in prioritizing further research steps.
By using this website, submitting a request, or engaging with BinomLabs services, you agree to the principles and conditions outlined below.

1. Scope of ServicesBinomLabs may provide scientific data analysis, mathematical modeling, molecular interpretation, experimental-prioritization support, literature-based reasoning, and research-consulting services.

Our work may include, but is not limited to:
• interpretation of complex experimental datasets;
• analysis of molecular, biochemical, formulation, or preclinical research data;
• identification of patterns, descriptors, correlations, and possible mechanisms;
• support for experimental design and prioritization;
• generation of structured scientific hypotheses and research reports.

BinomLabs does not replace the scientific judgment of the client, principal investigator, laboratory team, medical professional, regulatory expert, or qualified decision-maker.

2. Confidentiality
We understand that research data may include unpublished results, proprietary molecules, experimental protocols, formulation details, preclinical observations, or commercially sensitive information.
BinomLabs treats submitted information as confidential and uses it only for the purpose of evaluating, analyzing, or supporting the specific research request.
Where appropriate, BinomLabs may work with anonymized, redacted, or partial datasets to reduce unnecessary disclosure of sensitive information.

For projects involving proprietary, unpublished, or commercially significant data, a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement may be signed before detailed materials are shared.

3. Client Data and Ownership
All original data, molecules, protocols, unpublished findings, documents, and project-specific materials provided by the client remain the property of the client or the rightful owner.
BinomLabs does not claim ownership over client-submitted research data.
Analytical outputs, reports, models, summaries, interpretations, and recommendations prepared by BinomLabs are provided for the client’s research use, subject to the terms agreed for the specific project.

4. Scientific Use and Limitations
BinomLabs provides research-support services.
Any analysis, model, prediction, or interpretation should be understood as scientific support, not as a final experimental, clinical, medical, regulatory, or commercial decision.
Models and analytical results may be affected by the quality, completeness, variability, and reliability of the data provided.
BinomLabs does not guarantee that a predicted molecule, formulation, mechanism, experimental condition, biological effect, or research direction will be confirmed experimentally.
All conclusions should be evaluated together with appropriate laboratory validation, expert review, and independent scientific judgment.

5. No Medical, Clinical, or Regulatory Advice
The information and services provided by BinomLabs are intended for research and development purposes only.
BinomLabs does not provide medical advice, clinical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, regulatory approval strategies, or patient-specific guidance.
Any decisions related to clinical development, human or animal studies, regulatory submissions, safety assessment, or therapeutic use must be made by appropriately qualified professionals and responsible institutions.

6. Responsible Use of Results
The client is responsible for how BinomLabs outputs are interpreted, applied, cited, shared, or used in further research, development, publication, investment, regulatory, or commercial contexts.
BinomLabs encourages responsible scientific communication, including clear distinction between confirmed experimental findings, model-based interpretation, and hypotheses requiring further validation.

7. Data Security
BinomLabs takes reasonable steps to protect submitted information from unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, or loss.
However, no digital communication or data-transfer method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Clients are encouraged to avoid submitting highly sensitive information before an appropriate confidentiality agreement and secure data-transfer procedure are established.

8. Publications, Presentations, and Public UseNo client-specific project, dataset, molecule, result, or confidential collaboration will be publicly disclosed by BinomLabs without prior permission from the client.

If the client wishes to include BinomLabs analysis in a publication, presentation, grant application, report, investor material, or regulatory document, authorship, acknowledgment, citation, and confidentiality terms should be agreed in advance.

9. Project Terms, Fees, and Deliverables
Specific services, timelines, deliverables, fees, and payment terms are agreed separately for each project.

A project may begin only after the scope of work, expected deliverables, timeline, and communication process have been confirmed by both parties.
Changes in project scope, additional analyses, expanded datasets, or urgent timelines may require a revised estimate or separate agreement.

10. Third-Party Materials
The client is responsible for ensuring that any data, documents, publications, images, software outputs, or third-party materials shared with BinomLabs may be legally and ethically used for the requested analysis.
BinomLabs may use publicly available scientific literature, databases, software tools, or computational resources where appropriate, while respecting applicable licenses and citation requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability
BinomLabs provides research-support services based on available information, scientific reasoning, and analytical methods.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BinomLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, commercial, regulatory, clinical, or experimental losses arising from the use or interpretation of its outputs.
The client remains responsible for independent verification, experimental validation, and final decision-making.

12. Changes to These Terms
BinomLabs may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in services, workflows, legal requirements, or professional standards.
The current version published on the website will apply to website use and new service requests unless otherwise agreed in writing.
